'Bid United' in December

TERRE HAUTE -- The United Way of the Wabash Valley will kick off its second 10-day, live online auction, "Bid United," Sunday, Dec. 6.

The "Bid United" Online Marketplace will feature merchandise and services from local businesses.

Using auction-style bidding, consumers can place bids on these items and if at the end of the auction they are the highest bidder, they win.

Any business of individual interested in donating items to the campaign may do so before Friday, Nov. 20, by contacting Kathy Barker at the United Way office at 812-235-6287 or by e-mail at kathy.barker@unitedway.org.
