Gary Davis (left) was visibly surprised Wednesday afternoon when Brazil Clerk-Treasurer Karen McQueen and Mike Head, a supervisor with the city's street department, presented him with a plaque recognizing his 20 years of service during a Thanksgiving luncheon for city employees. Davis, who retired earlier in the year, worked as a general laborer for the street department.
