Area unit to return

Monday, December 21, 2009
INDIANAPOLIS -- Due to weather conditions on the east coast, the 138th Quartermaster Company Unit, based in Brazil, and the 384th Military Police Company, based in Bloomington, experienced delays on their arrival home.

The Joint Force Headquarters-Indiana issued a press release late Sunday explaining the 138th Quartermaster Company will return to Indianapolis today, at approximately 8 p.m.

Family and friends are invited to meet with soldiers at Stout Field, Building 9, 2002 S. Holt Rd., Indianapolis, but flight times are subject to change, according to the release.

In January, the local unit left for training at Camp Atterbury before being deployed to Iraq.
