Fun Time Fitness and Aquatics will offer "Achieving Your Fitness Resolution," at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 6.
The free workshop will allow participants of any fitness level to learn information and technique about both water and land exercises.
During the first segment of the workshop, Certified Aquatic Fitness Instructor Joanna Connors will discuss benefits and methods of exercise. The focus will be on exercises designed to burn calories, increase flexibility, tone muscles, increase strength and aid in heart health.
Following the informative session, those attending may try out water exercises. Land equipment will also be available for use.
The workshop is open to all adults and no registration is necessary.
