She was born May 1, 1992, in Vigo County, the daughter of William "Chip" Bryan Jr., and Lisa Jane Griffith Bryan.
She has attended Clay City High School and was currently a junior.
As a young girl, she loved playing T-Ball, softball, volleyball, basketball and riding four-wheelers. She also was a cheerleader in grade school, junior high and her freshman and sophomore years in high school.
Haley liked shopping, art class and was well known as a "social butterfly."
When she was in junior high school, she was saved at the Good Hope Baptist Church in Middlebury.
She was preceded in death by her father, Chip Bryan, Feb. 4, 2008.
Survivors include her mother Lisa Bryan, Clay City, sister Jayci (Ben) Dickey, Clay City, grandparents Bill and Barbara Bryan, Riley, and Dewey and Louise Griffith, Branson, Mo., great-grandmothers Josephine Bryan, West Terre Haute, and Alene Haviland, Jasonville, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will take place at 2 p.m., Wednesday, at Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, with Pastor Bob Dickey officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Riley.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Wednesday. Pallbearers will include Tony Griffith, Christopher Bryan, Dusty Griffith, Braxton Griffith, Chad Miller, Bryan Miller, Riley Bryan and Taylor Bryan.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Clay City High School. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
