The event, sponsored by The Brazil Times and Banner-Graphic, will take place from 1-5 p.m., at Traditions Banquet Hall, 105 E. National Ave., Brazil.
"(Traditions owner) Rick Bell has been super helpful through the years," Brazil Times' General Manager Lynne Llewellyn said.
Llewellyn said the show will be set up in an open-house format, where patrons may browse different booths provided by various area businesses.
"This gives the community or brides-to-be an opportunity to meet merchants that can provide services for them face-to-face," she said, "all in one venue."
The Times has been involved with the Bridal Show since its inception. Llewellyn said for several years, the newspaper has processed a special section for brides.
However, she said the paper had a desire to attempt an actual show that would help speed up the wedding process.
"We thought we'd take it a step further," Llewellyn said.
She said businesses from Clay and Putnam counties will have booths set up at the show.
Area businesses that have signed on for the event include Andy Barrand Photography, Bell of the Ball Floral, Blackberry Country Shutters, Dixie Chopper Banquet Center, Enchanted Evenings Carriages, Garber Photography, Goodies Galore Catering and Cakes, I Do Rentals, Jackie's Cakes and Cookies, Nicky Kohler Wedding Photography, Martin's Emporium, Milo Miller Music Express, Phi Swo Video Productions, Putnam Inn, Traditions and Debbie Wachal -- Mary Kay.
"I'm sure there will be (businesses) giving stuff away," Llewellyn said. "And I'm sure caterers will have items to taste."
