Northview girls fall to Danville on the road

DANVILLE -- The Northview Knights held a one-point lead on the road at Danville on Wednesday night before the Warriors won the free throw battle in the fourth quarter for a 49-37 win over the Warriors.

Danville held a 19-6 advantage in the fourth quarter to pick up the win. Northview got 15 points from Lauren Web-ster and 11 from Carlee Bell in the loss. Chelsey Sampson had six points for the Knights followed by Jessica LaTourette with four and a point for Alyssa Conrad.

The loss was Northview's sixth in a row and bumps their record to 4-10 overall with a WIC battle at home against South Vermillion set up for Friday night.
