Fun Time Fitness and Aquatics will sponsor a free workshop, "Achieving Your Fitness Resolution," at 6 p.m., Wednesday.
The workshop will allow participants of any fitness level to learn information and technique about both water and land exercises.
During the first segment of the workshop, participants will be given information about burning calories, increasing flexibility, toning muscles and increasing strength.
Tips for making fitness part of the daily routine will also be shared.
Following the informative session, those attending may try out water exercises. A swimming pool and land equipment will be available for use.
The workshop is free and open to all adults. No reservation is necessary.
