Kevin Lee Moore, 43, Brazil, died unexpectedly Feb. 9, 2010, at St. Vincent Clay Hospital.

He was born Oct. 9, 1966, in Brazil, to Darrell and Dinah (Waymire) Moore. He graduated from Brazil High School with the class of 1984. He married Sierra "Susie" McCoy, May 4, 1989. Kevin worked as a mason, contractor and mechanic for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting and playing poker.

He was preceded in death by his father Darrell Moore, brother-in-law Charley Frye, uncle Denver Moore, and nephews Dillon Wright and Stephen Paul Moore.

Survivors include his wife Susie Moore, daughters Natasha Peters, Brazil, and Starr Lynn Alexander, New Orleans, grandchildren Cullin Pinedo, Alisandra Pinedo, both of Brazil, and Sierra Alexander, New Orleans, mother Dinah Moore, Brazil, brothers Darrell Moore Jr. (Lea), Bill Moore (Kelly), and Steve Moore (Tammy), all of Brazil, sisters Loretta Frye, Jayne Harrington (Les), and Amy Wright (Arley), all of Brazil, close friends Teresa and Wendell Payne, Marvin Manning, Helen Manning, and Tom Hofmann, as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Services will be at French Funeral Home Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, at 1 p.m., with Pastor Fred Bault officiating. Burial will follow at Bee Ridge Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday, from 11 a.m., until time of services.
