It is time for the second annual yard sale fundraiser to support the 2010 Clay County American Cancer Society Relay for Life, which is scheduled from 8 a.m. -- 5 p.m., April 9-10.
As families clean their houses and garages in preparation for summer, those gently used items can be donated for a worthy cause.
Donations may be dropped off at Carrol Evans' home, located at 511 Edgewood Drive, Brazil, just off Pinckley Street in the Edgewood subdivision at the corner of Edgewood Drive and Ringo Drive.
"Last year we sold furniture, weight machines, workout tapes, movies, books, clothes, shoes, knick knacks, holiday decorations, dishes, picture frames, games, purses, clothing and so much more," Evans said. "Everything is welcome. If I'm not at home, just leave the items on the front porch and I'll take care of it."
This year's 2010 Clay County American Cancer Society Relay For Life is scheduled for May 22-23, at the Clay County YMCA.
