Ready! Set! Go!

Sunday, March 28, 2010

For the second year in a row French Funeral Home invited the community to join them in an Easter Egg Hunt at Lawson-Miller Chapel and Crematory. French Funeral Home representative Nick French (above) directs those children ready for the hunt. Three-year-old Lauren Tilley (below) enjoyed the sunshine Saturday as she looked for eggs and met the Easter Bunny with her grandparents John and Suzie Tilley. Lauren is the daughter of John and April Tilley, Brazil.

I'm a neighbor in this area and absolutely love watching the easter egg hunt from a distance and hearing the excited squeals and cheers from the children. It is so nice of French/Lawson/Miller to sponsor this event. It's one of those things they are not expected to do, but choose to do it for the community thereby making so many little children happy. Its so very nice of them.
