Easter Bunny to be at picture event Saturday

Monday, March 29, 2010

The Riddell National Bank's American Cancer Society Relay for Life Team will be taking pictures with the Easter Bunny at Forest Park in conjunction with the First Christian Church Easter Egg Hunt Saturday.

Look for signs to locate the booth, which opens from 9:30 a.m. until the end of the egg hunt. The cost is $2 donation if they take the picture, or $1 donation for you to take a picture yourself.

All funds will be used to support the 2010 Clay County American Cancer Society Relay for Life event scheduled for May 22-23, 2010, at the Clay County YMCA.

Here are some Easter activities, or holiday activities in general, that are fun and low cost -- you won't exactly need exact same day loans to do any of them -- you are able to try on Easter Sunday: Take the children out and fly kites, or do other things at a nice park. Creating your own desserts can also be fun, as many spring and early summer fruits are just about in season, such as strawberries, which are always good dipped in chocolate. You can also always try a nice picnic, or egg hunt -- or plain old egg coloring are always perennial favorites.
