Reader not pleased with service

To the Editor:

I am a resident of Brazil.

My water bill rates keep going up and up and up. Yet, if I have a problem, such as a water leak, I am told that unless it is more than half my bill (not just a $30 increase, because of this leak), then it is just too bad and I have to pay it. My hard earned money hard at work? I think now.

Thanks Brazil Water Company for making me feel like you don't care about the residents.
