She was born May 13, 1930, in Vermillion County, to Harold and Iva (Boyd) Jones.
She was a homemaker for most of her life. She was an active member of Barbour Avenue United Methodist Church, a member of United Methodist Women's and Christian Women's. She was formerly very active with the American Cancer Society, Terre Haute North Music Boosters and Lange Elementary PTA.
Bonnie is survived by her daughters, Julia A. Marietta and husband Nick, Brazil, and Erma L. Reynolds and husband Chris, half-children Virginia Snyder and John L. Trezise, all of Terre Haute. Also surviving are grandchildren Sarah M. Marietta and Nicholas A. Marietta, both of Brazil, Megan C. Reynolds, Terre Haute, and three half-grandchildren. Other survivors include brother Ira J. Jones and wife Karen, Dana, Ind., sister-in-law Jean Trezise, Terre Haute, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Warren Trezise, who passed away April 8, 1995, sisters Barbara Nunn and husband Charles, Betty Sutton, half son-in-law Richard Snyder, brother-in-law Charles Trezise, and brother and sister-in-law Jack and Marie Trezise.
Visitation will take place Sunday, from 4-8 p.m., at Roselawn Funeral Home, 7500 N. Clinton St., Terre Haute, Ind., 47805. Services will be Monday at 10 a.m., at the funeral home, with Pastors Bob and Kathy Roush officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bonnie's name may be made to Barbour Avenue United Methodist Church, 1401 Barbour Ave., Terre Haute, Ind., 47804, in honor of their kitchen remodeling project.
