Think about that Senate vote

Sunday, May 2, 2010

To the Editor:

Dan Coats is trying to be elected the Republican candidate for U.S. Senator in the Primary election Tuesday.

He says that he will bring back jobs to Indiana, but he is not telling you that in 1993, while he was a U.S. Senator from Indiana, he voted for NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Since then, NAFTA has closed thousands of factories and sent millions of jobs out of the U.S.

John Hostettler, the former U.S. Representative for 12 years, is also a candidate of the same Senate seat. Hostettler has never voted for "free trade."

Please think about this when you vote.
