MARSHALL, Ill. -- The Evening Thyme Garden Club of Marshall will present its 12th Garden Fair Saturday, May 15, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., at the Clark County Fairgrounds.
Admission and parking are free.
This year's fair will offer a variety of annual and perennial plants, bulbs, vegetables, herbs, hanging baskets, garden art and ornaments, tools, bird baths, handmade chairs, hypertufa, various edibles and the unusual.
The club will also conduct a raffle with the grand prize being a large garden utility cart filled with decorative and useful garden related items.
Tickets are available from club members or may be purchased at the fair.
In addition, prizes donated by club members and vendors will be awarded throughout the day.
Food and drink will be available from Armstrong Church's Relay For Life team and desserts will be served by the Marshall Garden Club.
Proceeds from the event will be used to continue city beautification projects, educational projects and school scholarships.
