TERRE HAUTE -- Harrison College in Terre Haute will conduct a High School Open House Tuesday, May 18, from 5:30-7 p.m.
The event will take place on the campus, 1378 S. State Road 46.
Representatives will be on hand to answer questions about admissions and the majors offered at the college. All area high school students are welcome to attend to learn about college opportunities.
The School of Criminal Justice and SADD will also be sponsoring a "mock" car crash at the Open House to promote awareness for a safe graduation. The event is free to all interested.
Harrison College, which changed its name in 2009, is a 107-year-old institution that offers more than 30 degree programs in five schools of study. More than 5,000 students are enrolled at 13 campuses and at its online division and culinary division (the Chef's Academy).
