Scenes from a Carnival

Wednesday, May 19, 2010

Prior to The Brazil Times' Relay Carnival Wednesday, county residents had the opportunity to bid on "celebrities" who would have balloons thrown at them.

Fortunately, the five "celebrities," Clay County Prosecutor Lee Reberger, Clay County Superior Court Judge Blaine Akers, Clay County Sheriff Mike Heaton, Clay County Commissioner Charlie Brown and Brazil Mayor Ann Bradshaw all agreed to be targets Wednesday.

Here are some other scenes from the day's events.

Hopefully they got "Santa" good, after he threw that coke on that girl at the parade last year!
