Fun Time Fitness and Aquatics will offer a free water aerobics workshop at 6 p.m., Wednesday.
The workshop will allow participants of any fitness level to burn calories, increase flexibility, tone muscles and increase strength.
The workshop will be taught by Joanna Connors, certified aquatic fitness instructor.
The workshop is free and open to all adults. No swimming skills are required and hair doesn't get wet.
No reservations are necessary.
