Prizes, donated by local merchants, will include a $50 savings bond for the winner and various other prizes for the winner and runners-up.
Entries will be accepted beginning June 14 and must be postmarked no later than midnight, July 14, 2010. To participate, babies must have been born on or after Jan. 1, 2009, and have not been a winner in a previous contest.
The photo may be a maximum of 5-by-7 inches, and must have the baby's name and date of birth on the back, along with the parent's name(s), address and phone number.
All photos will be returned by mail after the contest.
Children of CPC volunteers, staff or board members are not eligible. A $2 entry fee must accompany the entry form and photo.
Voting will take place at the CPC Booth in the Amax building during the 4-H Fair and will begin at 5 p.m., Saturday, July 17, and conclude at 9 p.m., Thursday, July 22.
To vote, donations are made that represent votes. Babies with the most money donated will win the prizes as distributed by the CPC. All donations benefit the Crisis Pregnancy Centers of the Wabash Valley.
Entry forms will be available at the Crisis Pregnancy Center, 20 N. Meridian St., Brazil, Monday-Thursday, from noon-5 p.m.
