Letter to the Editor

'Radical Left' is still in denial

Sunday, June 27, 2010

To the Editor:

"Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor," ...

Most of our people are of Judaic-Christian origin and will recognize the eighth Commandment.

Clearly, the radical left, who currently control our federal government, are in denial, assisted by a monopoly dominant media intent on bulldozing us into a one-world government, wherein, "power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely," ... Lord action.

Some 40 years ago, Marshall McLuhan said, "The modern media is a Luciferian conspiracy against the truth."

The more than 60 percent of Americans who oppose the movement to trash our Constitution and make us into a socialist state are frequently referred to by the dominant media and the administration as terrorists. In fact, it is the radical left now in power who use such methods to smear their opponents. The smear tactic is only useful to those who are not based in truth.

If there is any violence at citizen meetings to inform the government, we can be sure that the probable cause is agent provocateurs inserted into the meeting, as this was taught by Saul Alinsky to his followers. Of course, most of us will legitimately hold different views and resolve such differences in honest argument.

It would seem that President Obama still intends to push through Cap and Trade. Since the fraud in developing and delivering the global warming message has been revealed, it would reflect a great deal of confidence in the ability of the administration to intimidate or buy enough congressman, as in health care, and in spite of Obama himself having said, "your electric rates will skyrocket." (To the tune of some $650 billion per year, according to credible estimates).

Many of the countries represented at the Copenhagen Conference expect that this money would go to them. We could also expect the loss of a million jobs as business is forced overseas in order to remain competitive.

Also on the agenda for the administration is Card Check, to eliminate the freedom to choose on the part of America's workers.

The Fairness Doctrine, revoked during the Reagan administration, is again spoken among congressional liberals to ensure that those who support conservative doctrine contrary to administration policy would be forced off the air.

All of the socialist dictatorships over the past century have taken full control of the media.

As Obama has said, "We are going to fundamentally transform the United States of America.
