To the Editor:
After living in five states, I have come to associate long waits, poor service and rude employees with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
"Poor service delivered with an attitude," seemed to be their motto. I am happy to say that after dealing with the License Branch in Brazil, Ind., for the last 12 years, I have received fast, efficient service delivered with a smile every time.
I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all the personnel working there.
Maybe the Governor could schedule other state departments to stop in to see how a department should be run and take notes.
