He was born May 14, 1934, in Dearborn County, Indiana, the son of Clarence George and Dulcie (Roberts) Fink.
He was born and raised in Dearborn County and had been a Brazil resident since 1976.
He had worked for Central Parking Systems for 18 years. He had served eight years in the Indiana National Guard. His hobbies included fishing and gardening.
He married Karla Jean Lunsford Dec. 9, 1970, at Decatur, Ga.
She preceded him in death May 15, 1999.
Surviving are his daughters Susan (Tony) Brewsaugh, Batesville, Shirley (Rick) Godbey, Greensburg, Rebecca Traylor and Carolyn (Steve) Sellers, Columbus, Marie Fink, Brazil, Jennifer (Michael) Hall, Terre Haute, and Sara Martin, Knightsville, his son Mike Fink, Greensburg, his sister Margie Scudder, Milan, 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son Donald Raymond Fink Jr., sister Doris Zimmerman, brother Clyde "Pat" Fink, and granddaughter Angelia Browder.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010, at the St. John Lutheran Church -- Hubbell's Corner at Sunman, with Pastor Chad Adamik officiating.
Burial will be at the Rock Creek Cemetery at Westport.
Friends may call at the St. John Lutheran Church, Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m.
