Born Sept. 21, 1923, in Vigo County, he was the son of Homer Roscoe Woodsmall and Betha (Price) Woodsmall. He married Betty June McCoskey and she preceded him in death.
Keith served in the Marine Corp where he worked on planes at El Toro Marine Base, San Diego, Calif. He graduated from ISU and then Purdue with a PhD in Pharmacy. He owned and operated Keith's Pharmacy, Brazil, for more than 35 years. He also was a Pilot and flew his own Grumman plane. His hobbies included hunting and fishing in Colorado and Canada.
Survivors include two daughters Karla June Holt and husband Alan, N. Ft. Myers, Fla., and Cynthia McDowell and husband Chuck, Terre Haute; two grandchildren Justin Smith, Plainfield, and Kelly Crouse and husband Alvin, Terre Haute; two great-grandchildren Timothy Crouse and Brandon Crouse, Terre Haute; two brothers Bill Woodsmall and his wife Doris, Terre Haute, and Roy Woodsmall and wife Deloris, Terre Haute; a sister June Bechtold, Westville, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.
His wife, parents and a grandson Scott Alan Holt preceded him in death.
Visitation will be Tuesday, from 11 a.m.-noon, at the Roselawn Funeral Home.
Private family services will follow at graveside. Inurnment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park.
