Those needing help with their Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan are encouraged sign up for an information appointment provided by ADRC.
The appointments are for individuals 65-older and provide assistance in choosing or switching prescription drug plans. The open enrollment period for Medicare Part D begins Nov. 15, and ends Dec. 31. This is the only time when individuals may change their Part D drug plan providers.
Throughout November and December, ADRC will travel to different locations in each county to provide individual Part D options information by appointments only.
Those wanting to schedule an appointment or wanting further information regarding Part D options information or about services through Area 7 Agency on Aging and Disabled should contact Michelle Graham or Glenda Parks at 812-238-1561 or 1-800-489-1561, or e-mail mgraham@westcentralin.com or gparks@westcentralin.com.
The agency will be in Brazil from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 5, at St. Vincent Clay Hospital.
