The streets of Brazil were alive with superheroes, ghosts, ghouls, monkeys, fairies, princesses, monsters and the undead Friday night. This cast of spooky trick-or-treaters, along with their chaperones, was caught haunting Meridian Street for candy and smiles. Ivy Jacobs Photo. [Order this photo]

Setting a time for Halloween is something odd, like setting a time the kids can open their presents on Christmas, Halloween is a time the kids want to be just that, Kids. No one is getting hurt by opening their doors to them, the ones that complaint are the ones that don't open their at anytime to give out candy or other treats. In another words "Let Kids Be Kids"
