Patricia was born Nov. 24, 1929, in Clay County, Ind., to Benjamin and Ellen (Lankford) Ball.
Patricia graduated from Clay City High School in 1947. During high school, she played the clarinet in the band.
Patricia had worked at the American Legion and the V.F.W.
Patricia was a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary, where she had served as president.
Patricia enjoyed playing music very much. She was talented in playing various instruments and spent several years playing the drums for a hillbilly rock band.
Patricia was a talented artist and enjoyed oil painting, which she learned from her sister Norma. She also enjoyed playing bingo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Norma Pierce and Benidean Costa as well as Carl Miller and a great granddaughter.
She is survived by two sons Tim Brunette, Knightsville, and John Brunette and wife Betty, Brazil, grandchildren Gregory, Megan, Jacob Brunette and Betty Stuchell, sisters Gertie Bennett, and Annabelle Brunette and many extended family members and friends as well as special friends Clement Brunette and Phyllis Lambert.
Services will be at French Funeral Home Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010, at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Wednesday, from 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
