The Tri County Community Club had their Christmas party at Bob and Angie's in Clay City on Dec. 8. A wonderful meal of roast paork and fried chicken was served family style, with great homemade pies and all the trimmings.

We all prayed the Lord's Prayaer before the meal.

They were Evelyn Rubeck, Gerry Cundiff, Shelly Blyth, Diana Nees, Robert Nees, Linda, Pat Kaster, Rhonda Tincher and Sandra Maines.

Devotions were read by Rhonda, "Poinsetta Plant" and "Tis the Season."

Roll call was answered by 16 members and five guests. They were Katchy Sclight, Fran Strauch, Susie Faulkner and her monther Andree Muns, and our special member Mary Rubeck.

Our secretary's treport was ready by Diana Nees and approved.

Our treasurer's report was read by Evelyn Rubeck and approved.

The card report was given by Lucy Strauch with several cards being sent for the month. Our next meeting will be on Jan. 19, with Gerry Cundiff and Wilma Holsapple as hostesses.

We want to thank Donna Rubeck for making our next year's books. Rhonda Tincher received a birthday gift.

We lost a very sepcial friend and club member this month. She will be missed by us all, Marily Eckerman was a wonderful and caring lady and we all loved her.

We closed our meeting with all praying the Lord's Prayer.

The social hour was spent having our gift exchange, and finding our who our secret sister was. We played bingo with Shelly Blyth winning coverall.

We pray all will have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year and remember what this celebration is all about.
