While local weather wasn't all that bad for Christmas this past weekend, more snow could be heading this way.
And some rain to top it off.
According to the National Weather Service (NWS) based in Indianapolis, there is a 20 percent chance of snow through this afternoon in addition to the possibility of scattered flurries throughout the evening.
Temperatures are expected to rise into the upper 30s by Wednesday and the service is calling for a 20 percent chance of rain.
More rain and the chance of snow is a possibility by Wednesday evening.
NWS is calling for a 30 percent chance of rain by Thursday as the temperatures rise into the mid-40s.
More rain is expected Thursday evening, with steady temperatures in the 40s.
NWS is also calling for a 40 percent chance of rain Friday through the evening and into New Year's Day, with temperatures in the upper 40s.
