The Brazil Public Library will host "Dog Obedience and Dog Bite Safety," a lecture by Jack Shannon, at 6 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 17.
Shannon will be at the library to discuss the issues.
He has been training dogs for more than 20 years. He has trained many dogs for law enforcement and for the average dog lover. He trained his first dog when he was 10.
Shannon is a graduate of the National Canine School for Dog Trainers.
No dogs are needed for the program and the lecture is free to the public.
