She was born Jan. 26, 1920, in Clay County, the daughter of Samuel Martin Baumgartner and Sarah Elizabeth Dickey Baumgartner.
On Dec. 31, 1942, she married Liston F. Buell. He preceded her in death April 6, 1998.
Wilma was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Clay City and a past member of the O.E.S.
Survivors include her son Dick Buell, Florida, and daughter Nina J. Buell Wolfarth and her husband Ron Krugman, also of Florida, grandchildren Emily Alison Wolfarth, Quinton Max Wolfarth, Jennifer Bowman and husband Jeremy, and Ted Buell and wife Lauren, and great-grandchildren Grant Bowman and Drew Bowman.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Services will take place at 10 a.m., Monday, at Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, with Rev. Julie Western officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m., Sunday, and again Monday, prior to services.
