City Police now accepting applications for open position

The Brazil City Police Department is accepting applications for the position of police officer.

Applicants must be at least 21, but not 36, successfully completed a physical agility test and have a clear criminal record.

Applicants must also possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Applications may be picked up at the Brazil City Police Department, 22 S. Washington St., Brazil, between March 21-April 3.

Applications must be completed and returned by April 3.

"Applicants must be 21 but not 36" does this sound like age discrimination. I know a lot of good police officers who are over 36. Can they be 35&3/4 what happens when the turn 36 do they get Fired? just wondering?

No they don't get fired. The military has age requirements also.
