At a recent Rotary Club of Brazil lunch meeting at the Elks Lodge, Rotarian Frank Farmer (right) was presented with his second Rotary International Paul Harris award designation by Rotary President Dr. Miranda Goodale (left). Although individual Paul Harris award winners are annually selected each year in the Rotary Club of Brazil, with the club contributing $1,000, Farmer chose to make additional contributions that earned him a second designation, which includes a level two-Paul Harris pin.
