The Area 7 Agency on Aging and Disabled has scheduled eight upcoming Brown Bag Medicine events.
Participants will receive printed information about medications frequently taken by senior citizens and some of the side effects and potential interactions they have.
The programs are open to persons 50-over at no charge. Appointments must be made in advance.
No walk-ins will be taken at the event.
There are two events scheduled to take place in Clay County, including:
* Friday, April 29 -- Orange Building (Goshorn Park), Clay City, and
* Tuesday, May 10 -- Clay County Senior Citizens Center, 120 S. Franklin St., Brazil.
