Doors open and serving starts at 7 p.m., and will continue throughout the concert.
This is a dinner/theater type event.
Entertainment is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m.
A concert/performance in the high school gymnasium will feature all organizations within the program.
A food bar will be offered, including strawberry shortcake, brownies, hot dogs, ice cream, cookies, drinks, coffees, and more.
In addition, a live auction will be conducted by Pell's Auctions and there will also be a silent auction featuring more than 40 items.
According to NHS Band Director Bob Medworth, last year, they even raised close to $9,000 during the eight hours of "Top It Off" weekend events.
Medworth told The Brazil Times Northview's "street musicians" will be at Kroger and Page's Saturday performing for "tips."
In addition, the Northview guard will have a car wash at Advance Auto Parts, 611 E. National Ave., Brazil, Saturday, and musicians will be at both Casey's General store locations pumping gas and cleaning windshields for donations.
This year, the goal is to reach $10,000.
Tickets will be available in advance through Bob or Ruth Ann Medworth or Rusty Bottomley at the high school beginning Monday.
A $5 ticket gets a seat on the lower level and four "food/drink" credits. More food/drink credits will be for sale during the evening in groups of three for $3. Some food and drink items are one credit, some are two or three and the top-of-the-line Strawberry Shortcake will take four credits.
There are a limited number of lower level tables that may be reserved in advance.
Cost for a six-seat table, six admission tickets, 24 food/drink credits is $35, while cost for an eight-seat table, eight admission tickets, 32 food/drink credits is $45.
Those interested in reserving a table should inquire the Medworths or Bottomley. Lower level tickets and reserved tables will go on sale Monday, at 8 a.m.
