William "Bill" Anthony, 60, Brazil and Bowling Green, passed away May 18, 2011, at 2:20 a.m., in Royal Oaks Health Center.
He was born July 31, 1950, in Los Angeles, Calif., to William Howard Anthony and Mary Frances Dunn Anthony.
Bill had been a brick mason throughout his lifetime. He enjoyed fishing and he loved spending time with his family and friends.
Bill will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Ellen Dobratz Anthony, who passed away in 1991.
Bill is survived by sister Kathleen Salerno and her husband Anthony, Brazil, nieces Denise Corley and her husband Bill, and Natalie Eaton and her husband, and nephew Matthew Salerno. Also surviving are three great-nieces, Natasha Salerno, Kourtnie Van Sickle, and Jamiee Eaton.
Cremation has been chosen with no services. The spreading of the cremated remains will take place in the Florida Keys at a later date.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Vista Care Hospice and they would also like to give Vista Care Hospice a special thank you for their services.
Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 N. 13th St., Terre Haute, was entrusted with the arrangements.
