She was born Sept. 7, 1964, in Terre Haute, the daughter of James R. White Sr. and Susan E. (Mucci) White.
Kim graduated from Van Buren High School with the class of 1981. Kim had worked at the Clay County Health Center and the LEAR Corporation. One of her favorite jobs was as a caregiver for Mrs. Lena, whom she cared for several years.
Kim enjoyed watching horse racing especially the Kentucky Derby, Indianapolis Colts, Louisville Cardinals, University of Kentucky Wildcats and NASCAR racing. She also enjoyed collecting playing cards, caring for the neighborhood cats and reading the Bible.
Kim was preceded in death by her infant sister Mary Margaret White and a beloved Toy Poodle Haleigh Kate.
She is survived by her parents Susan and Jim White, a sister Cara White, two brothers James R. White Jr. (Becky) and Brad M. White, all of Brazil, niece Logan Paige White, two nephews Brandan White and Braiden White, companion Jack Edwards as well as many aunts, uncles and extended family members.
Services will be at Lawson-Miller Chapel, Thursday, June 30, 2011, at 7 p.m. Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday, from 4 p.m., until time of services.
