Breaking ground

Wednesday, July 6, 2011

Habitat for Humanity of Clay County has started work on its new home. Habitat volunteer Keith Bowers told The Brazil Times Wednesday volunteers dug out the plot Tuesday. The house will sit at 518 E. Ridge St., Brazil, at the corner of Ridge and Harrison streets. Bowers added footers were poured for the home Wednesday and work on the foundation is expected to take place in a few weeks.
