Residents had the opportunity to vote for children during the Clay County 4-H Fair.
The grand prize winner this year was Braxton Schopmeyer, son of Bryce and Maria Schopmeyer, Bowling Green.
The Crisis Pregnancy Center also handed out honorable mention honors to Carley Ann Deakins, daughter of Michael and Carrie Deakins, and fifth-place to Lily Rylan Lake, daughter of Logan and Autumn Lake, all of Brazil.
A total of 43 babies were entered into the contest.
The proceeds from votes go to help the Crisis Pregnancy Center bring needed services to Clay County. The ledger kept since 1993 indicates this year's grand total was the best ever with more than $2,700 in donations.
