Northview lost in boys' soccer to visiting Greencastle, 9-0 on Saturday morning despite 15 saves from Matt Malone and seven from Chandler Reeves.
The Knights got two shots on net from Sean Brockman and one each from Austin Frankville and Nick Ross.
"Overall this was a disappointing day, especially due to the fact that we had some key injuries occur in the game that are going to make us have re-adjust some formations and game plans for our upcoming conference games," Northview coach Dustin Jorgensen said. "We should be able to compete with any team and we must find some inner strength right now to do that. I was very impressed with the way our JV team looked. They were doing all the things we've been practicing."
The Knights' JV team fell by a 3-1 score to the Tiger Cubs.
David Joslyn scored the lone goal of the day for the Knights off a rebound of a strong shot by Antoney Bryan.
