ROCKVILLE -- Rockville author Jan Tilley is gaining worldwide recognition on her latest book, "Embody."

She was recently the featured guest on The Kevin Smith Show, Oct. 20.

Smith hosts the number one UFO/paranormal talk show on the planet.

He is based out of Phoenix, Ariz. Millions of listeners were on hand as Tilley discussed her latest book, "Embody," on the air during the two-hour live radio interview.

"I was incredibly nervous and very honored to be chosen as a guest on Kevin Smith's show," Tilley said. "I thought that two hours would be difficult to fill, but Kevin was a wonderful host.

"Listener calls took up almost an entire hour. It was interesting hearing from folks from all over the country and such a great opportunity for a small-town writer like myself. I had no idea when I wrote 'Embody' how it would strike a chord with readers worldwide. I actually had people approach me at my book signing during the Covered Bridge Festival who said that they had heard me on the radio. It blows my mind when I think about it," she added.

She has also been invited to be a part of the writer's conference organized by Arts Illiana called "WordFest," Wabash Valley Creative Writing Symposium.

Tilley has been asked to be a discussion panelist at the event to be held, Dec. 2-3, in Terre Haute.

For more information or to register for the symposium go to their website at Artsilliana.org. Registration deadline is Nov. 18.

Tilley's books will be available at the conference and also in Terre Haute at BookNation or online at Amazon.com in book and Kindle formats.
