Students at Meridian Elementary School were treated to a Veterans Day program Thursday provided by the V.F.W. Post 1127. Members of the V.F.W. talked about the meaning of the 13 folds in the flag among other things. Paige Rasey (left) and Bailey Bell were two of a handful of students selected to sit in the front row and serve as good citizens. Their teachers nominated them and all the "good citizens" had flags. Paige, 10, is the daughter of Richard and Michelle Rasey, while Bailey, 10, is the daughter of Bryan and Holly Bell. [Order this photo]
