TERRE HAUTE -- On Sunday, at 9 a.m., United Way of the Wabash Valley kicked off its fourth Bid United 8-day live online auction.
The Bid United online marketplace will feature merchandise and services from local businesses.
Using auction-style bidding, consumers can place bids on items, and if at the end of the auction they are the highest bidder, they win.
All transactions will be processed online using secure payment methods or in-person at United Way of the Wabash Valley's office.
Window-shopping has already begin at www.bidunited.org.
More than one hundred packages are available to be bid on, including a 42-inch flat screen television, iNano, Brighton Jewelry, Vera Bradley purse, autographed memorabilia, 20 tons of driveway gravel, laser treatments, restaurant gift cards and more.
The auction will end at 8 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 20.
