Seasonal star program set

TERRE HAUTE -- The Allen Memorial Planetarium will present a seasonal star program Jan. 6, at 6:30 p.m., and Jan. 7, at 2 and 4 p.m.

The 30-45 minute educational program will introduce the constellations and other astronomical wonders of the sky for the winter season.

There is no charge to attend the program. However, donations will be accepted.

The planetarium is located on the property of Terre Haute South High School and provides educational programs for students in the Vigo County School Corporation as well as students in the surrounding counties.

In addition, it provides programs for a variety of other community groups.
