Washington Township Circle Club
Washington Township Circle Club met Dec. 8, at the home of Judy England.
A carry-in dinner was enjoyed by all. Rosalind gave table graces. Thanks to Judy and everyone.
After dinner, Carroll Hardis gave the lesson, "Don't let a fall get you down." A very good lesson and enjoyed by all.
Judy opened the meeting with the American Flag salute and Club Creed was repeated in unison.
Linda Schiele gave devotions, "One Alphabet of Christmas."
Roll call was answered by five members naming their favorite Christmas song.
Brenda led in singing "Silent Night."
Collections were taken and the treasurer's report was approved.
Judy Heath gave the safety lesson on leg cramps.
Linda's lesson was about the county auditor's office.
A spring meeting will take place at the Oregon Baptist Church March 14.
The lesson, "Don't Let The Bed Bugs Bite," was also given.
A flower arranging class took place Dec. 22, from 1-2:30 p.m.
The club closed by singing the Homemaker's Prayer.
The next meeting will take place Jan. 12, from noon-1 p.m.
A lesson on counting carbs will be given.
Brenda won the door prize and a gift exchange was enjoyed by everyone.
