City Council meeting postponed

The Brazil City Council meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, at 7 p.m., has been postponed due to lack of quorum.

The meeting has been rescheduled for Friday, at 5 p.m.

What's so important that this meeting must be held this year? I wonder if zombiekillers comments on the article 'Bradshaw pleased with tenure' had anything to do with this meeting being rescheduled? Maybe they think fewer citizens will show up to a Friday evening meeting. The whole thing sounds questionable, this will probably be the last despicable act of this administration.
