Frank Perry Jr., 64, Brazil, passed away Dec. 30, 2011, at Union Hospital, following a massive heart attack.
He was born in Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 30, 1945. Shortly after high school, he joined the United States Army and served two tours of duty in Vietnam.
He retired from the Army after 24 years of service.
Frank married Elizabeth Airhart March 1, 1973. She survives.
Frank enjoyed watching wrestling, especially Monday Night Raw, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Frank is survived by his wife Elizabeth, Brazil, daughters Susie Moore (Marvin Manning), Terre Haute, and Cindy Rogers, Charleston, Tenn., son Raymond Buck (Paulina), Denver, Colo., grandchildren Natasha Peters (Dustin Frame), and Star Rogers (Joe Alexandra), both of Louisiana, great-grandchildren Cullen A. Pindeo, Alisandra Pindeo, Sierra Alexandra, and Marie Alexandra, as well as several extended family members.
Services will be at French Funeral Home Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, at 7 p.m., with Pastor Fred Bault officiating.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday, from 4 p.m., until time of services.
At his request, cremation services will be provided and burial will follow at Bee Ridge Cemetery.
