Gerry W. Patrick, 69, Terre Haute, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, in Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis. He was born in Brazil, Ind., on Oct. 25, 1942, to Earl J. Patrick and Dorothy Weaver Patrick. He retired from Columbia House after 36 years of service as a Programmer.

He is survived by his wife Milli Patrick, one son Michael Patrick (wife Becky), and two daughters Angie Clark (husband Dan) and Tracy Patrick-Brinegar (husband Kurt).

Also surviving are six grandchildren Kelsey Patrick, Kaylee Clark, Kourtney Patrick, Taylor Clark, Mikey Patrick and Bryson Brinegar.

Other survivors include two sisters Jeanie Patrick and Linda Whistler, two mothers-in-law Mildred Turner and Robertine Hoffman and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Connie (Turner) Patrick, and one granddaughter Kaitlin Patrick.

He was a member of the Clay County Genealogical Society and Wabash Valley Genealogical Society, and was an avid Yankees fan.

Funeral services will be held in DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2012, at 1 p.m., with John Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Farmersburg Westlawn Cemetery.

Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012, from 4-8 p.m., in the funeral home.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Terre Haute Humane Society, 1811 S. Fruitridge Ave., Terre Haute, Ind., 47803.
