More opposition to asphalt plant

Sunday, February 12, 2012

To the Editor:

My name is Amelia Seward, and I am a resident here on State Road 340.

Word has reached me that an asphalt plant is going to be installed.

We live very close to the location of which this plant is to be built.

I have become quite indignant with the plan.

The amount of pollution the plant will eject into the environment is staggering. Many of our towns' trees could die because of it.

I am on our environments' side, but also for the people of our community. Some households on our street have health issues, which prevents them to breathe properly. Also, my concern is for the children of our community, as well as their pets and wildlife in our area.

I shall be asking citizen's opinions.

I beg you to consider the tragedy this asphalt plant would bestow upon us. I shall keep your best interests upmost in mind, though I humbly ask you to reconsider. Thank you for your time and patience.

Sincerely,

Amelia R. Seward,

Brazil
