Staunton First Christian Church

Sunday school begins at 9:30 a.m., with worship service following at 10:30.

Doug Parkey is the minister.

If you need transportation to morning worship service, please phone the church office at 446-3211.

The bus is wheelchair equipped.

Children's Church and Wee Worship meet at 10:30 a.m., in the Educational Building.

Sunday evening service begins at 6 p.m.

Wednesday evening Bible Study and Prayer Group meet at 7 p.m.

The Sunday evening worship service Feb. 26 will include a special prayer service.

Our Spring Bible study program will begin in March.

Small study groups will begin meeting the week of March 4, and the sermon series begins March 11.

Staunton United Methodist Church

Everyone is invited to join in the fun of our annual Chili Mixer and silent auction Sunday, Feb. 26, beginning at 5 p.m.

Anyone can bring food to share for the dinner, as well as items for the auction, such as homemade crafts and foods, collectibles and other nice items.

All auction proceeds and donations will go into our building fund for church repairs.

Weekly Zumba sessions continue next Tuesday, Feb. 21.

Everyone is invited to attend, with donations going to benefit the church.

Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m., with church service following at 10:30.

Our pastor is Scott Aselage.

Remember the Community Food Pantry is open in the church basement from 3-5 p.m., on the last Wednesday of each month.

The next food pantry day will be Wednesday, Feb. 29.

Anyone in the Staunton area in need of help is welcome.

We appreciate the support of all the churches, schools, civic organizations and individuals who help make this needed outreach a success.

Special thanks to the students, faculty and staff of Staunton Elementary School for their recent generous donations.

Please keep praying for everyone who is battling illness as well as all the brave men and women of our military and their families.

Also remember in prayer all the folks in nursing homes and hospitals and those who have lost loved ones.

Go out of your way to be kind to someone and pray for everyone.
